Pork with Red Peppers
Ingredients: (serves 2 or 3): |
5 ounces of red pepper cut into thin strips
3 ounces of pork cut into thin strips
2 cloves of garlic cut into slices
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp corn starch with 2 tsps cold water in small bowl

Directions:
(1) Mix the pork, chili sauce, and corn starch together in a bowl.
(2) Put the wok on high heat, add oil.
(3) When the oil gets hot, add pork. Stir.
(4) After one minute, add garlic, salt, and red peppers. Stir for one minute.
(5) Put on a plate. You're finished!
