Spinach with Garlic
Ingredients: (serves 2 or 3): |
1/2 pound (1 bunch) fresh spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp diced garlic
3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
(1) Put the wok on high heat and add oil.
(2) After the oil gets hot, put the garlic in the wok.
(3) When you can smell the garlic, add spinach. Stir occasionally for two minutes.
(4) Add salt. Stir for another two or three minutes.
(5) Put on a plate. You're finished!
