Pork with Green Peas
Ingredients: (serves 2 or 3): |
3 ounces of pork, diced
1/2 pound of fresh green peas
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of hot water
1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp diced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of hot water
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch mixed with 1 1/2 tsp cold water

Directions:
(1) Put the pork in a bowl; add corn starch and soy sauce. Stir.
(2) Put the wok on high heat and add oil.
(3) After the oil gets hot, put the pork in the wok. Stir for one minute.
(4) Add the peas, garlic, and salt. Stir for occasionally for two minutes.
(5) Add water. Lower to medium heat. Stir occasionally for five to six minutes.
(6) Add corn starch and water. Add sugar. Stir.
(7) Put on a plate. You're finished!
