Snow Peas with Carrots
Ingredients: (serves 2 or 3): |
5 ounces of snow peas
1 carrot cut into slices
3 cloves of garlic cut into slices

2 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
|
Directions:
(1) Put the wok on high heat, then add oil.
(2) After the oil gets hot, add garlic, carrots, and snow peas. Stir.
(3) Add salt and water. Stir 3 to 4 minutes.
(4) Turn off heat; put the snow peas and carrots on a plate. You're finished!
