Green Beans with Chili Sauce
Ingredients: (serves 2 or 3): |
1/2 pound of beans
1 tbsp finely-diced garlic
|
6 cups water
1 tbsp chili sauce
|
1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
|
Directions:
(1) Put water in a pot and bring to boil.
(2) Add beans to boiling water for 5 or 6 minutes. Remove and place in a bowl.
(3) Place wok on high heat. Add oil. When the oil is hot add garlic. Stir and mix.
(4) When you can smell the garlic, add the beans, chili sauce, and salt.
(5) Stir occasionally for 1 or 2 minutes.
(6) Turn off the heat and put the beans on a plate. Your're finished!
